Throughout her career, she has played a central role in shaping the credit union’s strategic vision, operational strength, and member-focused innovation.

Amanda Barrett is the Vice President of Operations at Ellafi Federal Credit Union, where she has been a valued team member since 2008. Starting as a Call Center Specialist after taking time off to raise her three children, Amanda quickly advanced through several roles, managing the Call Center, Member Service, and Transactional Departments. Her hands-on experience across multiple functional areas paved the way for her promotion to VP of Operations.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in business management from Bryant University and began her career at MDECU as summer help, progressing through roles including teller and member service representative.
