Vice President, Operational Effectiveness
Michelle Randall serves as the Vice President of Operational Effectiveness at Ellafi Federal Credit Union, bringing more than 22 years of experience in the credit union industry. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business management from Bryant University and began her career at MDECU as summer help, progressing through roles including teller and member service representative.
Michelle is a CUDE graduate, class of 2016, and holds certifications in IRA, Roth, and HSA accounts. She also served as a Financial Counselor for America’s Credit Unions, helping members achieve their financial goals.
Michelle’s commitment to community and music is a cornerstone of her life outside of work. She teaches beginners to play the fife for a junior corps in Wethersfield and performs with a senior corps. She is also an avid hockey and baseball fan and has recently embraced yoga and traveling to explore new experiences. Family is central to Michelle’s life. She has a brother, a niece and nephew, and is lovingly called “auntie” by many of her friends’ children.
