Scam Alert: We are aware of scammers calling from 828-405-8710 and texting from 970-276-0710 while pretending to be Ellafi. Never share your one-time verification code, password, PIN, or Online Banking credentials.
Scammers are impersonating Ellafi Federal Credit Union to trick members into sharing sensitive information.
Remember: Ellafi will never call, text, or email you asking for:
• Your Online Banking password
• Your debit or credit card PIN
• Your one-time verification (MFA) code
• A secure access code sent by text or email
• Gift card numbers or cryptocurrency payments
• To move your money to a “safe” or “secure” account
Your verification code is for you only. Don’t share it. Don’t forward it. Don’t read it to anyone.
