Add Your New Card to Your Digital Wallet
Once your new digital card is issued, you can add it to a digital wallet, such as Apple Pay®, Google Pay™, or Samsung Pay®. Simply view your new card details in Ellafi Online or Mobile Banking and manually enter them into your digital wallet. Once your card is successfully added and verified, you can start making eligible purchases without waiting for your physical card!
Getting Started is Easy!
- Log In: Sign in to Ellafi Online or Mobile Banking.
- Visit Cards: Select the Cards tab and choose your debit card.
- Explore Your Options: View your card information and available settings, or request a replacement if your card is lost, stolen, or damaged.
- Verify & Access: Complete any required security verification to securely access your card details or receive your newly issued digital card.
- Add to Your Wallet: If you've requested a replacement, manually enter your new card details into Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay to start making eligible purchases once verified.

We're working on future Push to Wallet functionality to make adding your debit card to your digital wallet even easier. For now, simply access your card details in Online or Mobile Banking and manually enter them into your preferred digital wallet.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to sign up for Digital Card Issuance?
No! These features are automatically available to eligible Ellafi debit cardholders through Online & Mobile Banking. Simply log in and visit the Cards tab.
Can I use my new digital card immediately?
Your new digital card is available as soon as your replacement is successfully issued. To start using it, you'll need to view your new card details within Ellafi Online or Mobile Banking and manually enter them into a compatible digital wallet, such as Apple Pay®, Google Pay™, or Samsung Pay®. Once your card is successfully added and verified, you can begin making eligible purchases.
Will I still receive a physical debit card?
Yes! Your physical replacement card will be mailed to your address on file and should arrive within approximately 7–10 business days. Be sure your mailing address is up to date.
Will my replacement card have the same card number?
No. A replacement card issued through this process will have a new card number and associated details. Remember to update any recurring payments or subscriptions connected to your previous card.
How do I add my digital card to Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay?
After accessing your new card details in Online or Mobile Banking, open your preferred digital wallet and manually enter the information to add your card. We're working on making this process even easier with a future Push to Wallet enhancement!
