- Locate the SavvyMoney Credit Score tile on your dashboard and select Show Report

- Select the Alerts tab at the top of the page
- Choose Click here if you suspect identity theft

- Select Let’s Get Started
- Choose the option that best describes your situation
- Select Next and follow the prompts

- You will receive a case number and a phone number for assistance
