Protecting Our Community: Highlights from Our Financial Fraud Prevention Event
Last week, we were proud to host our Protect Yourself from Financial Fraud event, bringing together community members, seniors, caregivers, and families for an important conversation about fraud prevention and financial security.
With a fantastic turnout at the Meriden Library, attendees learned how to recognize scams, protect personal information, and take proactive steps to safeguard themselves and their loved ones from today's increasingly sophisticated fraudsters.
We extend our sincere gratitude to the Meriden Library for generously hosting this event and to Kathleen Titsworth, Banking Outreach Coordinator with the Connecticut Department of Banking, for sharing her expertise and practical guidance with attendees.
