Photography and video recording will take place throughout the event. By registering for and attending Ellafi Kind Strength in Action, you acknowledge and agree that you may be photographed, filmed or otherwise recorded during the event.
Use of Photos and Video
By attending the event, you acknowledge and agree that Ellafi Kind and Ellafi Federal Credit Union may capture and use photographs, video recordings, audio recordings and other likenesses of attendees for purposes including:
- Event promotion
- Social media
- Websites and digital communications
- Marketing and advertising
- Community outreach and engagement
- Future Ellafi Kind and Ellafi Federal Credit Union communications
These materials may be edited, reproduced, published, displayed, distributed or otherwise used in connection with these purposes without additional notice or compensation.
Your Acknowledgment
By purchasing a ticket and attending Ellafi Kind Strength in Action, you acknowledge that photography and video recording may occur and agree to the use of your image, likeness and/or voice as described above.
You understand that Ellafi Kind and Ellafi Federal Credit Union cannot guarantee that you will not appear incidentally in photographs or recordings captured during the event.
Event Registration
Eventbrite registration will include a required acknowledgment of this Photography & Video Notice.
