Robyn Swanson is a seasoned executive with 28 years in financial services, including 26 years of dedicated service to Season Federal Credit Union. As Senior Vice President, she oversees key strategic and operational functions that drive the credit union’s success, leading Marketing, Information Technology, Finance & Accounting, Transactional Operations, Digital Products & Services, and Compliance & Fraud Protection.
A visionary leader, Robyn plays a pivotal role in shaping Season Federal Credit Union’s direction, guiding strategic priorities, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. She has been instrumental in expanding the credit union’s field of membership, navigating successful mergers, and introducing a robust suite of digital financial solutions. One of her most transformative initiatives is the upcoming refocus and rebrand — set to launch in April 2025 — centered on empowering women and addressing the unique financial challenges they face. By advocating for pay equity, enhancing financial literacy, and developing tailored financial products, she is positioning Season Federal Credit Union as a trailblazer in financial empowerment.
Robyn’s leadership extends beyond operations — she is a dedicated mentor and advocate for professional growth. She cultivates an environment where employees are encouraged to excel and actively supports the next generation of leaders in the credit union movement. Her commitment to education and community impact is evident in her work teaching financial literacy to high school students, serving as Secretary for the Cromwell Athletic Club, and contributing to the religious education program at her church.
A strong advocate for women in business and finance, Robyn is an active member of the Connecticut Women’s Council and the Hartford Women Leaders Association. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Quinnipiac College and has served on the board of directors for Connecticut Jump$tart and the Middletown Mentor Program.
Outside of work, Robyn enjoys spending time with her husband, adult children, beloved pets, and the close friends who have become family.
