Dillon Tardif is the Vice President of Marketing and Digital Products at Ellafi Federal Credit Union. With over 13 years of experience, Dillon has grown from a Marketing Assistant to his current role, leading brand strategy, creative campaigns, and digital growth initiatives.
Dillon holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Communications, and Advertising from Western New England University. Before stepping into the financial industry, he worked at Bristol Adult Resource Center (BARC), supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities — a role that reinforced his deep appreciation for community, connection, and purpose.
Outside the office, Dillon enjoys cycling along the Farmington Canal Trail, where he can ride for hours, getting lost in the scenery. He loves spending time with family and friends; his niece and nephew holding a special place in his heart. Whether it’s a weekend adventure, game night, or a coffee catch-up, Dillon values time spent with loved ones.
Creativity has always been a driving force in Dillon’s life, from childhood drawing lessons to his constant doodling today. His artistic mindset fuels his marketing approach — whether designing campaigns, brainstorming fresh ideas, or reimagining the Ellafi FCU brand, he thrives on bringing bold ideas to life.
