I’m an existing bill pay user. How do I login to pay my bills?
Login to Online Banking and select Bill Pay.
When should I schedule my payments so that it’s paid by the due date?
Schedule your payment for the day it’s due.
I scheduled my payment, when will the money be withdrawn from my account?
Your account will be debited the same day as the day you scheduled it for. In some instances, check payments will be debited when the check is cashed.

How to delete an account on my bill payment list
If you need to delete or modify a scheduled Bill Pay payment:
- Log into Online Banking and open your Bill Pay dashboard.
- Locate the scheduled payment and choose the option to edit, cancel, or delete it.
- Changes can only be made while the payment is still in a pending status. Once a payment has begun processing, it cannot be modified or canceled.
