We’re excited to officially welcome you to our new Ellafi Service Center at 562 South Main Street in Middletown!
Our new location brings our Middletown lobby and drive-up services together in one convenient place, creating a more connected experience for members and giving you even more ways to access Ellafi.
Whether you’re stopping in to see us, using the drive-up, visiting on a Saturday or accessing an ATM after hours, our new Service Center was designed to make banking with Ellafi easier and more convenient.
More Ways to Access Ellafi
At our new Middletown Service Center, members now have access to:
- Full-Service Branch Lobby for personal, in-person service from our Ellafi team
- Drive-Thru Tube for convenient drive-up transactions
- Drive-Up ATM/ITM for additional drive-up access
- 24/7 ATM Vestibule for around-the-clock ATM access
Night Drop for secure after-hours deposits - Saturday Lobby Hours from 9 AM–12 PM
One Convenient Middletown Location
With the opening of 562 South Main Street, our former 524 South Main Street lobby and 635D South Main Street drive-up have closed to regular member traffic.
Lobby and drive-up services are now conveniently located together at our new Service Center.
If you previously visited either location, your Ellafi team is still here and ready to help. We’ve simply moved into a new space designed to provide greater convenience, flexibility and privacy.
New Saturday Lobby Hours
One of the additions we’re most excited about is Saturday lobby access in Middletown.
Members can now visit our new Service Center on Saturdays from 9 AM–12 PM for both lobby and drive-up service.
Our Meriden Branch lobby will remain closed on Saturdays, while the Meriden drive-up ITM will continue to be available from 9 AM–12 PM.

What About the Main Office?
Our Main Office at 524 South Main Street remains part of the Ellafi Campus, but the lobby is no longer open for regular branch transactions.
Members with Safe Deposit Boxes should continue to access them by appointment. Appointments can be scheduled online or by calling 860-346-6614. When you arrive for your appointment, please use the side entrance at the Main Office and ring the doorbell.
