We're excited to expand our Middletown presence with the opening of our new Ellafi Service Center at 562 South Main Street, located right next door to our current Main Office.
Opening Monday, September 21, 2026, the new Service Center will bring together our Middletown lobby services with expanded access options, including drive-up services, a 24/7 ATM vestibule and Saturday lobby hours.
It's all part of our expanded Ellafi Campus, designed to give you more ways to access us, more flexibility and a more convenient experience.

Our current 524 South Main Street Main Office lobby will close at the end of the day on Friday, September 18, 2026.
Beginning Monday, September 21, all lobby services will move next door to our new Service Center at 562 South Main Street.
If you currently visit us at 524, your Ellafi team is coming with you. You'll continue to receive the same personal service, now with more ways to access us.
635D South Main Street Drive-Up
Our 635D South Main Street drive-up location will also close after Saturday, September 19, 2026.
Beginning Monday, September 21, please use the new drive-up services at 562 South Main Street.
The new location will offer both a Drive-Up ATM/ITM and Drive-Thru Tube, giving you convenient drive-up access in one central location.

What is happening to the 524 South Main Street Main Office?
The 524 South Main Street Main Office lobby is moving next door to our new Service Center at 562 South Main Street. The 524 lobby will close at the end of the day on Friday, September 18.
What is happening to the 635D South Main Street drive-up?
The 635D drive-up will close after Saturday, September 19. Beginning September 21, drive-up services will be available at our new Service Center at 562 South Main Street.
Will I still have lobby access?
Absolutely. Our full-service lobby is moving to the new Service Center, where you'll continue to receive in-person service from our team.
Will drive-up access be available?
Yes! The new Service Center will feature both a Drive-Up ATM/ITM and Drive-Thru Tube.
Will there be Saturday lobby hours?
Yes! We're excited to add Saturday lobby hours from 9 AM–12 PM at our new Service Center. Saturday drive-up access will also be available.
Will the current branch hours be changing?
Monday through Friday, our branch hours will remain the same at our new Middletown Service Center at 562 South Main Street. The exciting addition is Saturday lobby hours from 9 AM–12 PM, giving you the opportunity to visit us inside the branch on Saturdays. Saturday drive-up access will also continue to be available.
Can I access an ATM outside of regular branch hours?
Yes! Our new 24/7 ATM vestibule will provide access to ATM services around the clock.
Will there be a Night Drop?
Yes. A Night Drop will be available at the new Service Center.
Is anything changing with my account or membership?
No. Your Ellafi membership, accounts and services are not changing. We're simply moving our Middletown lobby services next door and adding more ways for you to access us.
What if I need a large cash withdrawal during the transition?
If you're planning a large cash withdrawal during the transition, please give us a heads up in advance so we can make sure we're prepared for you.
