Kathi Eigenrauch is a dynamic and results-driven leader in the banking industry, currently serving as Vice President of Sales & Service at Seasons Federal Credit Union. With more than two decades of experience, Kathi has built her career around driving performance, building strong teams, and enhancing both member and employee experiences.
Prior to joining Seasons, Kathi served as Frontline Operations Leader at Connex Federal Credit Union, where she was instrumental in improving operational performance through strategic leadership, coaching, and process development. She partnered with branches and business lines to support growth, profitability, compliance, and safety—all while championing exceptional service.
Kathi spent 17 years at TD Bank, most recently as Consumer Lending Regional Manager, where she led sales strategy across Southern New England to deliver retail lending products and exceed business goals. In addition to launching key training and educational initiatives, she streamlined processes, introduced new products and systems, and played a key role in supporting TD’s Women in Leadership efforts as a proud ambassador on the regional committee.
Earlier in her career, Kathi held roles ranging from teller and branch manager to overseeing corporate sales, regional operations for 20+ branches, and regional lending for over 200 branches. Her career reflects her passion for mentoring others, driving excellence, and creating a positive workplace culture.
Kathi holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Sacred Heart University and an Associate’s Degree in Psychology, giving her a strong foundation in both strategic thinking and human connection.
An active community leader, Kathi has been a dedicated member of the Trumbull Rotary Club since 2005 and currently serves as President-Elect. Through Rotary, she supports a wide array of charitable causes—whether through volunteering, fundraising, or scholarships.
Outside the office, Kathi treasures family life with her husband Ralph (her “love at first sight” partner of over 30 years), and their two children, Christopher and Valerie, whom they adopted from Russia and who continue to make them proud. She finds joy in beach days on Cape Cod, sunsets in Marco Island, movie nights with the dogs, cooking, music, and baking over 1,000 Christmas cookies each year for friends and loved ones. One of her most anticipated adventures? A dream trip to Italy this October—a bucket list item finally coming true.
